"Psychoshit", Vernissage Friday 8th May, Finissage Saturday 16th May 2009

WIR gallery presents the work of Sabine Jamme, a franco-italian artist based in Berlin. The title of the exhibition, "Psychoshit", refers to a transversal approach to artistic practice. This exhibition is the occasion to experience the decayed, exhausted by psycho-analytical and cheerful atmosphere of her work.

The exhibition will show pieces such as "White Shitcakes", "Little Golem", "Readymade Suicide", "Ghosts of Rorschach" and "Silicon Brain". There will also be almost automatic drawings in "I Copy" and an almost automatic sculpture with "What's left after six month of hard work...?"

On the day of the vernissage (Friday 8th May) you'll be introduced to the ALZHEIMSON project and to "Shy Performances": they are a set of six micro-theater plays, happening randomly during the whole evening (the smiler, the kisser, the blusher, the secret teller, the flasher, and the one who says "hello").
