B-sides Curated by Paloma Merchan

B-Sides sets off from a collective exhibit of eight young visual artists that subvert and play with the mobility and fluctuation of identities, bringing forward work that is committed to an open view of feminism, emphasizing the relationships between art history, gender, queer theory, sexual identities and their representations.
This compilation of visual work is accompanied by a series of “lives and rarities”, where different artists highlight, through sound, voice and movement, that analytic and perfomative point of view, making of body and identity the field of research.
In B-Sides, visual art, performance, experimental and pop music, are all put on the same level.
